Al Shaqab Racing’s NEVADA won for her first time out in her maiden Prix du Chateau Grandis in Bordeaux (France). The filly trained by François Rohaut and ridden by François-Xavier Bertras faced eleven rivals, all whom had racing experience, making her victory look even more promising. Nevada looks like one to watch for next year.

NEVADA is a daughter of Juddmonte stallion Kingman and out of Rjwa, third in the Prix de Diane Longines in the colours of Al Shaqab Racing. NEVADA is her third foal. Her first foal, Efraan (Teofilo), is a Stakes winner having won the Prix Frédéric Lagrange (Listed) for the same trainer, François Rohaut.
