The three-year-old filly FURIOUS, who carries the silks of Qatar Racing Limited, took her second consecutive course and distance victory over five furlongs when she won the Totepool Cashback Club at Handicap for three-year-olds rated 0-95 at Chelmsford last night, Wednesday 4 September 2019. Jockey Oisin Murphy settled her in at the rear in the early stages of the three-runner race before coming to hit the front a furlong from the winning post. The OASIS DREAM filly, who is trained in Newmarket by David Simcock found plenty under pressure and won comfortably by one and a quarter lengths. The T W Morley-owned and Stuart Williams-trained STREET PARADE was second and was ridden by Jason Watson. The Dare To Dream Racing-owned and Michael Attwater-trained PINK FLAMINGO was a further neck behind in third and was ridden by Cieren Fallon.

That was the second start and win over five furlongs for the speedy filly who has shown continued improvement this year. “It was good placing by David Simcock as FURIOUS loves it here”, commented Murphy after the race, and she likes flat tracks whether it’s on all-weather or turf. The ultimate dream would be black type which she may have a chance at in the spring”.
